Parking is not included with your reservation.

• $30 For Up To Three Hours
• $50 For The Full Day

Florida Boating Safety Exam

The Florida Boating Safety Exam is not included in your reservation.

Guests who are required to complete the exam must do so before participating in the tour.

One of the biggest misconceptions about jet ski rentals in Miami is that the boating exam is automatically included. It is not.

We strongly recommend completing the exam before arriving to help speed up the check-in process and maximize your time on the water.

Waterproof Phone Cases

Waterproof phone cases are not included.

Professional photos are not included with your reservation.

Depending on conditions, weather, and operational circumstances, our guides may occasionally assist guests with photos, but photography services should never be expected as part of the tour.

Transportation To Bayside Marketplace

Transportation is not included.

Guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation to Bayside Marketplace.

What Happens If There Is Lightning?

Lightning is a completely different situation.

The moment lightning enters the area, our guides will immediately begin bringing riders back to the dock.

If weather conditions improve, tours may be delayed and continue later.

If severe weather remains in the area for an extended period and prevents the tour from operating, refunds may be issued based on the situation.

Can Two People Switch Drivers During The Tour?

Yes.

Drivers can switch during the tour.

However, both participants must:

• Be 18 Years Of Age Or Older
• Complete The Required Boating Safety Exam
• Meet All Operating Requirements

If both riders qualify, switching drivers is allowed during the tour.

Can I Bring My Phone?

Absolutely.

Many guests bring their phones to capture photos and videos during their adventure.

However, bringing your phone is always at your own risk.

We strongly recommend using a waterproof phone case, especially if you plan on taking photos while riding.

Can I Bring A GoPro?

Yes.

GoPros are welcome on all tours.

Just remember that Biscayne Bay is still Biscayne Bay.

If your GoPro falls into the water and is not properly secured, it may be difficult to recover.
